	Youth Initiatives
	Provide a nurturing environment for our youth by way of programs that will encourage, groom and elevate their leadership skills and academic acumen in a productive manner

	Citizens Assistance Program
	Connect senior citizens, particularly in the African-American community, with the proper sources in meeting their needs. To be an information resource for networking between the client and the agency that will satisfy a condition.

	Community Development Program
	Motivate individuals interested in participating in the business aspects of the city in home ownership, business opportunities, and participation on community boards and councils.

	Political Involvement Program
	Encourage individuals with participation in the political process.

	Rent and Food Assistance
	Assist individuals in financial straits with funding that will keep them in their current living situation and provide food for the short term.

	General Counseling
	Assist individuals who lack coping skills with issues they encounter.
